Who Are We?

There are a few different answers to who “we” are:

“We” is Ethical Homes, LLC.
“Ethical Homes” is the trade name for Ethical Homes, LLC, a Virginia limited liability corporation.
“We” is “me”—that is, Sweth Chandramouli.
Ethical Homes, LLC, currently has one full-time employee: me, Sweth Chandramouli. When I get some time, I’ll put up some more information here about who exactly I am; if I’m doing my job, though, you should be able to get a pretty good idea just by browsing this site for a while.
“We” is a group of very helpful friends and part-time employees.
There are lots of folks who aren’t currently full-time employees of Ethical Homes, LLC, but who are helping me out and who will probably one day join the company full-time. In particular, Elana Kennedy, Justin Fisher, and Emily Sanford Fisher are all key parts of the Ethical Homes team.
“We” is Keller Williams Realty.
Although Ethical Homes is an independent real estate services company, I’ve chosen to provide my brokerage services through an affiliation with Keller Williams Realty®, working with their Tyson’s/Vienna office and the soon-to-open Arlington office.

Before entering the world of real estate, I was an IT architect, and I view real estate as a similar endeavour—my job is to help my clients understand their own needs, design a solution that will satisfy those specific needs, and then do what it takes to make all of the pieces fit together and make that design become a reality.

Both IT and real estate are hugely complex fields, though, and nobody can truly be an expert at everything that goes into either of them. I learned long ago that the best way to turn a great design into reality is to enlist the aid of the best specialists available for each part of the task—and after an exhaustive search, I decided that the best team that I could find was the one at Keller Williams.
