ZipForm has updated their forms library for some commonly-used forms for NVAR members working in Virginia.

The following form has been updated in the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors Forms Library in ZipForm:

• K1272 – Megan’s Law Disclosure

Additionally, the following new form was added to that same library:

• DSSOP – Disclosure Regarding Validity of Septic System Operating Permit

Users of zipForm 6 and ZipForm Online should already have the new/updated forms available in their libraries.
