ZipForm has updated their forms library for some commonly-used forms for GCAAR members working in Prince George’s County.

The following forms have been updated in the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors PG Forms Library in ZipForm:

• 700 – Condo – Resale Notice (MAR)
• 703 – Condo – Resale Receipt of Documents (MAR)
• 701 – Condo – Resale Owners Statement & Transmittal of Documents (MAR)
• 1301 – Addendum of Clauses – Prince Georges County
• 1302 – Addendum – Disclosure and Notice (DNA)
• 1305 – Financial Information Sheet
• 1314 – Agreement to Share Brokerage Commission

Additionally, the following new form was added to that same library:

• 1107 – Rental – Statement About Tenancy (MAR)

Users of zipForm 6 and ZipForm Online should already have the new/updated forms available in their libraries.
